  • Designed a centralised website for all vessels and destinations that was visually compelling with a strong UX
  • Built to work! For speed, SEO, and visual storytelling through immersive imagery
  • Future-proofed for online booking and integrations. But not only that, to be accessible to relevant staff members to keep up to date without web design experience
  • Created a user journey that made trip discovery and planning intuitive and fast… and fun

  • Adopted Zoho One to unify helpdesk, forms, online chat, automation, marketing, and reporting

  • Consolidating 6 Facebook and 4 Instagram pages into single brand accounts
  • Unified TripAdvisor profiles for better visibility and consistency
  • Created a clean, cohesive content calendar and visual direction
  • Shifted focus to storytelling and high-impact visuals to drive engagement
